Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order you’ve placed, please inform us at the earliest as we dispatch most orders within 24 hours.

Delivery Policy

Our team is committed to providing the fastest delivery across Pakistan. We make every effort to deliver the exact order you placed.

If we mistakenly ship the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support Representative on WhatsApp or Email

In such cases, the customer will be required to return the product un opened. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Return & Replacement Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience with Al Burooj as smooth as possible. Al Burooj offers a 7-day return policy.

If you have a valid issue with an item from our end and are not satisfied, we will replace the product with zero shipping costs considering it has not been consumed more than 5% of the net weight it was shipped.

To report an issue, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order by calling our Customer Representative Officer via WhatsApp or emailing us at order@alurooj.com

If your reason for the return is valid, you will receive the replacement item(s) within 5–7 working days.

The customer is required to return the product via a traceable delivery service (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense to our return address.
